Would you like help in raising funds for your 501c3 organization?
AAF Toledo is a member of the American Advertising Federation (AAF) headquartered in Washington, D.C. and part of the Fifth District (Ohio, West Virginia, and Kentucky). AAF Toledo currently has over 180 members comprised of marketing and advertising professionals from Northwest Ohio and surrounding areas.
Our mission is to provide programs and social activities that further the professional development of members in the practice of their craft and make contributions to the community through public service and educational programs.
AAF Toledo takes pride in community involvement. In accordance with our mission, we would like to join efforts with a non-profit (501c3) organization throughout our membership year (July 1-June 30) for the purpose of bringing awareness towards the non-profit’s goal and purpose. If you would be interested in possibly partnering with AAF Toledo, please complete this application.
Our fundraising efforts for your non-profit for the year include:
- Collect “wish list” items at Lunch & Learn programs
- Donate 10% of AdBASH, our annual Beach Volleyball tournament that attracts over 200 participants and guests.
- Donate a percentage of the AdBID profit (details will be discussed between AAF Toledo and non-profit leadership). AdBID is our online auction and is our largest fundraiser of the year.
- Donate our 50% of 50/50 raffles from social events throughout the year.
Other incentives will be discussed between both organizations.
Final donations for your non-profit will be distributed at our June 2019 Lunch & Learn.
If your non-profit partners with AAF Toledo, your organization will be asked to help promote our events and solicit auction items.

The selection committee will make their decision by mid-July.
