Madhouse Wins Gold and HART, NORTH Design, and ProMedica win Silver at 5th District ADDY Judging

Members of AAF Toledo have won one Gold ADDY and three Silver ADDYs in the 2018 American Advertising Awards (ADDYs) District 5 Competition held March 24 in Toledo.  325 professional entries and 63 student entries were judged by Fritz Colinet, Executive Creative Director at Retna Media; Matt Hartman, Creative Director at La-Z-Boy; Donna Gray, CEO at Matchbook Creative; and Ingrid Hartman, Owner of IH Design.

Fifth District consists of AAF clubs in Ohio, Kentucky, and West Virginia.


Professional Gold ADDY:

Madhouse for Madhouse VFX Reel, category:  Advertising Industry Self-Promotion, Film/Video/Sound


Professional Silver ADDYs:

HART for BGSU Men’s & Women’s Basketball, category:  Local Television Commercial Campaign

NORTH Design for LA 2024 Brand Look & Activation, category:  Integrated Branded Content Campaign

ProMedica for ProMedica Headquarters Installation, category:  Out-Of-Home Multiple Installations


Entries that won Gold ADDY Awards at the local level were automatically entered into the 5th District AAF competition.  Local Silver ADDY Award winning entries were also eligible to enter. All District Gold ADDY winning entries automatically advance to the National ADDY Awards competition.  Winners of National ADDYs will be announced at the 2018 AAF National Conference on June 8 in Chicago.
